Our typical recruitment process

Our recruitment process may vary depending on the role, but typically, you can expect these steps:

1. Apply online

Apply online, including your personal details and uploading your CV.

2. Application review

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application.

3. Phone interview

For some roles we might invite you to a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, so we can find a little more about you.

4. First interview

The hiring manager will review a shortlist, and if selected, you may be invited to an in-person interview at one of our locations or a video interview using Microsoft Teams.

5. Second interview

For some roles, we might invite you for a second interview.

6. Job offer

If you’re successful, we’ll send you a job offer.

7. Onboarding

Once you’ve accepted the offer, we’ll carry out background checks as part of your onboarding. This may require enhanced checks, dependant on the role.

8. Induction

When you join the business, you will take part in an induction process, tailored to your new role.

Your interview

Your interview may take place remotely via Microsoft Teams or at one of our offices or sites. If you haven't used Teams before here is a short guide on joining a Teams meeting.

Prepare for the interview

Make sure you understand the job

Read the job description in detail to understand the key requirements and responsibilities for the role. A copy of the job description will be provided with your interview confirmation, or to request this please reach out to the Talent Acquisition team.

Structure your interview answers

During your interview, try to answer questions in the STAR interview format:

Situation - What is the situation or scenario you are describing?

Task - What was your specific task or key role in this situation?

Action - What specific actions did you take to complete the task or to demonstrate your skill?

Result - What was the result of your actions? What did you achieve? Where possible, try to use metrics
