Transformation at Post Office

The Transformation function is designed to deliver end to end accountability for change management across the business, following the change excellence framework. Our aim is to ensure consistency across all programmes and projects, delivered by our expert internal teams.

Supporting the People function from an Organisational Design perspective, as well as the Commercial and Operations teams with all programmes for change.

Supporting the development of our network with any programmes including change management, consultations and propositions.

Project Management Office

A Centre of Excellence structure which houses all of our people that support the design, implementation and delivery of change; including planning and reporting, governance and control and business wide change.

Business Analyst

You will review, analyse and evaluate Post Office business areas, user needs, business models, workflows, and technological systems. From assessing processes and articulating requirements, to producing documentation and providing powerful insights, you will enable relevant stakeholders to make the right decisions. You will also analyse project requirements, scope, and objectives to ensure the successful delivery of outcomes in line with overall business strategy.

Project Manager

Delivering in agile, traditional or hybrid approaches, you will oversee all aspects of project delivery, from scoping, designing, planning, and ordering equipment through to completion. So you will engage and advise key decision makers and stakeholders, and define the project approach and structure. Then, you will manage successful delivery on the ground with both internal and supplier teams.

Programme Manager

You will lead and deliver programmes of activity to deliver major strategic change for the business. This will include overseeing all elements of a programme to deliver agreed business outcomes against defined and measurable KPIs, to achieve business change as cost-effectively as possible.
