Through our Banking Framework agreement, bank and building society customers can withdraw cash, deposit cash and cheques, and obtain balances at many Post Office branches. In this team, we develop our range of banking products and services, and look to roll out more banking hubs across the UK.

In this team, we’re always looking to develop Post Office’s commercial propositions, products and services, such as mail and parcel courier services, financial services, payments, insurance, retail and government contracts.
Post Office Insurance
POI is a specialist insurance business that’s a regulated subsidiary of Post Office. Our highly skilled experts work closely with teams across Post Office, such as Marketing and Digital, to offer a full range of personal lines insurance products. We cover everything from travel, home, motor and gadgets, to life insurance. With a focus on customer value, we’re the UK market leader in travel insurance, selling over one million policies each year, and have won numerous awards.

You will use your commercial understanding and customer service knowledge to give vital support to postmasters out in the field. Providing coaching and guidance, you will support them in driving commercial activities and growth, while offering a true community service. Customer Service Advisor
Our customer service consultants work in our Direct Managed Branches, as the first point of contact for customers. You will be responsible for offering a consistent level of customer service while driving sales of our innovative products and services.
